He recently represented me as a  buyer with a very tight closing on a home that required some necessary  improvements in order to meet insurance conditions, it was not that  straight forward of a deal - there was quite a bit of back and forth  communication that needed to happen in order to make this happen smoothly, all the while I was on a family vacation in Europe. Not once on my vacation did I have to worry about anything, Matt was professional  and stayed on top of everything, and he continually kept me in the loop.  He recommended great vendors to make the changes to the house that were necessary, he was always punctual and if I needed something and he could not talk at the time he would respond to let me know he received my  communication and would get back to me asap, and he always did. I am very thankful I decided against them and kept searching. I connected with Matt and he was from the beginning extremely involved and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Not only did he help me come up with numbers for listing and guided me through the entire process, but he asked specific questions that the other realtors didn't ask, which contributed to finding additional features to the property. Ultimately, Matt was able to get a sale at $25,000 MORE than what the original realtor I spoke with was interested in listing it for..!! There's a big difference when the person you hire cares and knows their stuff!
